Fried Ladies Finger

Yet another experiment with Ladies Finger... We didn't like the taste much.... Still making a note here :)
 
Ingredients

Lagies Finger - 15 - 20
Gram flour - 3 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt  to taste
  
Method

Add oil, Gram flour, salt, chili powder to a thick mix.
Cut ladies finger, 3/4 portion to center slit vertically.
Stuff above masala into this hole and then deep fry them in a pan in a very low flame.
