The second recipe with Mushroom.... this dish is very easy to make and is a hot favorite of my hubby. This has a mouth watering taste and an awesome flavor.
Ingredients
Button mushroom 200 gms
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Onion 1 medium size
Ginger - Garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil 2 tsp
Preparation
Clean and cut the Mushroom into quarters.
Chop the onions in equal size to mushroom (2*2 square pieces)
Heat oil in a pan at medium heat and add the onion.
Sauté until it turns brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
Add coriander and pepper powders.
Cook for a minute or two, then add the mushrooms, salt and let it cook covered for sometime, say 10 mins.
Mushroom, as it cooks oozes out water, now keep the pan open and cook until the water dries up completely and the mushroom looks nicely roasted
Mushroom pepper dry is ready to serve. Goes so well with chappathis, rotis and parathas…
